If you haven’t heard of Facebook you are either living on Mars or very much Dead!

Seeing as the networking site has only been around since 2004, it has taken the globe by storm. So rapidly that it almost put other similar site out of business overnight e.g. MySpace and Bebo.

Facebook offers an incredibly efficient chat and communication facility, which is easily operated by young and old. It has overtaken sites like Friends Reunited and even sites like Gaydar, because, I think the main reason is, its free!

Now, many of us use Facebook on a daily basis for everyday communication, or contacting family members and long lost friends, but now the networking site has turned into invaluable tool for businesses large and small.

Most of us have no idea where facebook came from or who thought up the idea of this totally brilliant consept. Well I have done some research and found out for you.

Mark Elliot Zuckerberg (born May 14, 1984) founded Facebook, yes he is only 26!

Zuckerberg co-founded Facebook with fellow classmates Dustin Moskovitz, Eduardo Saverin, and Chris Hughes while attending Harvard. He is currently one of the youngest billionaires in the world with personal wealth of US$4 billion in 2010.

He may be loaded, but he ain't pretty, lol.
